I know a lot of folks who have December birthdays, so I always like to make winter themed cards for them. I did some masking for the moon and snow and then brayered the sky in various blue inks. I tore a small panel of white CS and used dimensionals to create mounded looking snow. I used a quickie glue pen to out line the snow mounds and to create falling snow.
