Used the Back to Basics Sept. 09 Stamps. I used colored card stock and Ribbon. I punched holes in the little paper piece at the bottom . Then I stamped the ribbon so that it would match the card. Then I wove it through the holes. I used pop dots to lift off the page for the punched circles. I stamped the ring for the background. I used Blue and Gold ink to make the white card stock match the background.
