used the circut to cut the compass and the borders. The circle flip-it is so much fun! I love the different uses. The white is layered over a hot pink - burgandy background. But this could be done with a simple white circle and a color circle along with any border using the die cuts that Stephanie has for sale. Tweak to your supplies and needs.
