Hi used the tree die to cut trees out of black red, cream, and white paper. For Santa's beard, I used the small penguin die and cut him out of white cardstock. I trimmed off the lower part of his body, flipped him upside down, and used his head and wings to create Santa's beard. I added a face from the faces4stamps set to give Santa a grin. :)
